Why I do this work
Medicare and life insurance decisions land on people at stressful moments: a birthday that suddenly comes with a stack of mail, a parent who needs help, a family trying to plan ahead. The system is confusing, and too often the help available is a rushed phone call. I want to be the person who slows down, listens, and explains things in plain English, here in the valley where I live and work.
How I work
- You set the pace. A first conversation is a conversation, not a sales appointment. You will never feel rushed.
- I start with you, not a plan. Your doctors, your medications, your budget, and what matters most to you come first.
- Who I work with. I am an agent with TWFG Insurance Services. The Medicare plans I offer come through my appointments with Benefits Plan of America.
- I tell you what I can and cannot offer. I am appointed with multiple insurance companies, but not all of them. If an option I do not offer would fit you better, I will point you to Medicare.gov or HICAP.
- I only contact people who ask. I do not make unsolicited calls or knock on doors.
- I am still here after you enroll. Questions, claims trouble, and the yearly review are part of the job.
How I am paid
A review with me costs you nothing. If you enroll in a plan through me, the insurance company pays me a commission. You do not pay me a fee. I want you to know that up front, because how an advisor is paid should never be a mystery.
