Plan availability, premiums, benefits, copayments, coinsurance, networks, and formularies are determined by the insurance carriers and may change. A recommendation specific to your situation is provided only after a personal consultation, where we collect the information needed to compare plans you may qualify for. • We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any other government agency.

If you obtain a quote or apply for a product through Ethos through a link on this Site, Andrea Stanley may receive a commission. Your decision to apply is between you and Ethos; eligibility, pricing, and policy terms are set by Ethos and the issuing carrier.

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site (other than third-party marks and content) are owned by Andrea Stanley Insurance Services or used with permission. Insurance carrier names and logos referenced on the Site (including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Humana, Molina, Mutual of Omaha, SCAN, UnitedHealthcare, WellCare, New York Life, Ethos, Transamerica, Nationwide, Banner Life, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply that any carrier endorses this Site or Andrea Stanley, or that we are appointed with every carrier listed at all times. Some products (for example, certain New York Life products) may require coordination with another licensed agent at Benefits Plan of America. 8. Acceptable use

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Andrea Stanley, Benefits Plan of America, and their respective owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the California Department of Insurance or any other regulator with jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will show the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
