Accessibility Statement

Andrea Stanley Insurance Services is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Our commitment

Many of the people we serve are seniors, and accessibility matters to us personally — not just legally. We design and maintain this website with the goal of conforming, where reasonably possible, to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

What we do

Known limitations

This site is a small, hand-built brochure site, and there may be areas where accessibility could be improved. Where we identify gaps, we work to fix them.

If you have trouble using this site

If you cannot access any content, feature, or function on this site — or if you have a suggestion for making it more accessible — please contact us. We will do our best to provide the information you need in an alternative format and to address the issue. There is no cost or obligation to ask, and we will not require you to use the website if a phone call works better for you.

Third-party content

Some parts of this site link to or embed content from third parties (for example, Ethos Life for instant life insurance quotes, and the workshop registration platform at usmedi.care/twfg/). The accessibility of those third-party sites is the responsibility of their operators, but we are happy to help you complete any task on this site by phone or in person if you encounter a barrier.

Formal complaints

If you have unresolved accessibility concerns, you may also contact the California Department of Insurance or, for ADA matters, the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or 1-833-610-1264 (TTY).
